when people teach hypnotism they do teach ethics and explain that even though you tricked them their subconcious knows and they get a bad feeling from you after a while. also of hypnotism does not work because it doesnt always work it has the opposite effect. its always supposed to be something mutually beneficial its not meant for malevolence. but of course a lot of people use it for that.

His greatest trick is using words like "subconscious" and convincing masses of people that he has a super cool scientific technique and isn't a "psychic" since psychics aren't real. There is no difference at all between the Freudian "subconscious" and the common meaning of "psychic". None.

I want to share what happened to me so others may know that God can heal today......I had a terrible skin condition on my hands for many years. The skin was cracked and dry. My fingers were sometimes crusted together in parts and the skin would split and bleed exuding pus. It was just horrible and sometimes it would smell. I attended these sort of meetings but did not get healed. I kind of gave up, and learnt to live with my condition. One day a woman at the church I attended noticed my hands and appeared shocked at the appearance of them. She offered to pray for me. I accepted and she spoke a gentle prayer asking God to heal my hands. That was it! No huge fan fare, just a quiet prayer in a little room. Just the two of us. To be perfectly honest, I didn't think much more about it. However, 2 or 3 days later I looked at my hands and the skin was completely restored to normal. No more cracked bleeding skin and instead I saw healthy looking hands. I was amazed and overcome with the way they looked and I knew that God had answered the prayer. That was over 40 years ago and I have had no problem like that again. I give praise and glory to God for this. I don't know why he chose to heal me. It is a compete mystery as I feel so unworthy of it, but I am so grateful that he did. So for those of you who don't believe, I hope this gives you some reason to believe in God and his genuine healing power which doesn't cost a cent.

To be fair, in that last test reading, Joe did nail some pretty accurate and specific things right out of the gate. He was right about the specific thing of the woman having 2 living children and 1 who was dead, and he was right about the mother having 5 siblings. I know afterwards the woman and Derren keep insisting he said the mother was 1 of 5 and that that wasn't actually true because she was 1 of 6, but if you go back and watch it, Joe didn't actually say the mother was 1 of 6 to begin with, only that she had a connect with 5, which could be the 5 siblings and the mother being number 6. The woman told Joe the mother was 1 of 5, so he assumed that's what the "spirits" meant by the connection with 5 and then kept reiterating it on that basis. And yeah, he didn't get the sister who died to come through, but just because the sister said she'd find a way to come through after she died doesn't mean she had found that way yet. I might tell my friend ill find a way to help him get a better job, but it's a process and until I actually find it then I haven't found it yet. Could be the same here. I don't actually believe in psychics or mediums. I think they are all liars. I think Joe is also a liar. However, based on that reading, Derren and the woman are being very unreasonable with their criticisms.

I've actually done this, it is true, I walked around for many hours with a blindfold on, forgot I even had it, it was very thick, complete blackout, and snug enough that my eyes were completely closed the whole time. I could see just like I had my eyes open. I was on dxm though. But, it is possible 100%. I don't know if it's possible in a place that isn't familiar, however I saw things that I hadn't seen previously, like some food that was left in the freezer, I had no idea what it was before opening it, and I cooked it on the stove. I had sort of blurry vision, so I would close my eyes, then I noticed my eyelids were like glass and I could see clearly with my eyes closed, the blurriness was gone, that's why i put on the blindfold. I've done this several times, it felt like a dream the first time, like I found out I was an xmen or harry potter character, very surreal. I've never done it sober though. I suspect these guys are getting high on ket and thinking they can show others how to do it. I've experienced it first hand, and I couldn't tell anyone else how to do it.
